We are so excited to inform you that the district Online Enrollment Application for the 2024-2025 school year is now available. YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILL OUT ANYTHING IF YOUR CHILD IS CURRENTLY ENROLLED AT SINCLAIR IN K-4TH. YOUR ENROLLMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY ROLL OVER INTO SINCLAIR FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR.
AUTOMATIC ENROLLMENT ROLL OVER DOES NOT APPLY TO PRE-K STUDENTS.
Below are the steps for parents to complete for students who are NEW to Sinclair in the 2024-2025 school year. Incoming parents with a student NEW to Sinclair MUST complete Step 1 below to be enrolled for next year.
Step 1: Go to https://www.houstonisd.org/enroll to complete the district Online Enrollment Application
Step 2: Click here to access the Sinclair Welcome Packet. Complete the packet and email it to the SIR, Ms. Chavez, at cchavez5@houstonisd.org
Friendly Reminders:
Have the following required documents ready to upload to the district Online Enrollment Application:
- Proof of residency (Lease agreement, electric bill, water bill, or gas bill)
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Child’s Immunization Record
- Child’s Social Security Card
- Parent’s Valid ID
- Final Report Card from Previous school (if applicable).
Select “2024-2025 Academic Year” to complete the District Online Enrollment Application. See image below.
Please note, if the above steps are not completed, your child’s enrollment will NOT be completed.

- Kinder: Child will be 5 years of age on or before September 1, 2024
- Pre-K: There is no zoning with Pre- kindergarten
